1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The service was not delivered as described
  • You were unable to schedule or access your consulting session due to issues on our end
  • Technical problems prevented service delivery

To be eligible, you must contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of educational consulting services, the following are non-refundable:

  • Completed consulting sessions
  • Delivered educational materials and resources
  • Services that have already been performed or accessed

We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with educational content or outcomes, as our services are informational in nature and we do not guarantee specific results.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at optivascore@gmail.com
  • Include your order number, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue
  • Allow us to attempt to resolve the issue before proceeding with a refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-10 business days after approval).

4. Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact us directly. We’re happy to work with you to resolve any issues.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and affect your ability to use our services in the future.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if:

  • Services were partially delivered
  • Technical issues prevented full delivery of the service
  • Other circumstances warrant a partial refund at our discretion

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your consulting session:

  • Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session
  • We will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost
  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds
